تأسست الشركة السعودية للأسماك شركة مساهمة سعودية بموجب المرسوم الملكي رقم م / 7 وتاريخ 8 جمادى الأولى عام 1400 هـ (الموافق 24 مارس 1980 م) . يبلغ رأسمال الشركة 535.375.000 ريال ، حيث تساهم الدولة بنسبة 40% من رأسمالها ، بينما يساهم بالنسبة المتبقية ( 60% ) القطاع الخاص السعودي من شركات ومؤسسات وأفراد 0 وتشكل الشركة العمود الفقري للصناعة السمكية بالمملكة العربية السعودية سواء في الصيد او الاستزراع او التسويق . تحرص الشركة السعودية للأسماك على توفير أعلى معايير الجودة و السلامة لعملائها. ويحرص الموظفون من خلال إجراءات العمل المتبعة على توفير منتجات سليمة وبتكاليف معقولة وبما يتماشى مع متطلبات المتطابقة لدى الشركات ومع القواعد السارية محليا و عالميا. متعمل الشركة على المحافظة على أعلى درجات الجودة والسلامة لمنتجاتها لضمان سلامة وصحة عملائها محليا وإقليميا وعالميا وذلك من خلال التطوير المستمر لمنتجاتها وإجراءاتها. وتتبع الشركة قواعد الجودة والسلامة تماشيا مع معايير الجودة ISO 2000 : 9001 و نظام HASSP و نظام SQF 2001 : 2000 بحيث تنطبق هذه المعايير على جميع عمليات الشركة ومنتجاتها و موظفيها. وقد حصلت الشركة على شهادات الجودة (ISO 2000 : 9001 و نظام HASSP و نظام SQF 2001 : 2000 و علامة الغذاء الصحي الامن SQF و ISO 2005 : 22000). رؤية الشركة : تسعى الشركة لأن تصبح الشركة الرائدة في المملكة في مجال بيع المأكولات البحرية الطازجة و المعلبة و المجمدة بسبب منتجاتها عالية الجودة، ولتوفر تلك المنتجات في محلات البيع بالجملة و التجزئة، وللتطوير المستمر في تلك المنتجات. الرؤية المستقبلية : -أن تصبح من الشركات العالمية المتكاملة في مجال صيد وتصنيع وتجارة المنتجات البحرية و إستزراع الأسماك و الربيان، مع أهمية المحافظة على البيئة و سلامتها. -أن تصبح من كبريات الشركات العالمية بتصديرها سلة من الأغذية البحرية الطازجة و المجمدة للأسواق العالمية. -أن تصبح من الشركات العالمية بإمتلاكها سلسلة من محلات بيع الأسماك الطازجة. أن تصبح من الشركات العالمية في مجال دعم المنتجات البحرية.
Saudi Fisheries Company (herein-after referred to as The Company) is a Saudi shareholder company established in accordance with Royal Decree number M/7 released on the 8th Jumada Al-Oula 1400 A.H. (Corresponding to March 24th, 1980 A.D.). The capital of The Company is 535,375,000 S.A.R. The government holds a 40% share of the capital while the remaining 60% of the shares are held by the Saudi private sector consisting of companies, other establishments and private investors. The Company forms the backbone of the marine industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including fishing, fish-farming and marketing.
PRIMARY SHAREHOLDERS :
-The Government represented by the (General Investment Fund) – 40%
-Saudi Private Sector (companies, establishments, individuals) – 60%
The company aims to fishing and investment living aquatic wealth in the waters of Saudi Arabia and other international waters within the limits of laws and regulations and as permitted by regulations of the Kingdom, in addition marketing of fishery products and aquaculture aquaculture, and seafood cooked, import and export fish and feed shrimp and cleaning materials and packaging.
